Lease Deal Brings Doolittle Industrial to 100% Occupancy

SAN LEANDRO, CA-Rolls Wood Group, a joint venture of Rolls Royce and Wood Group, leases 32,000 sf for five years at an annual lease rate of $6.50 per sf NNN. The property owner is Israel Family Trust.

SAN LEANDRO, CA-Rolls Wood Group has signed 5-year, $1 million lease to occupy 32,000-sf of space in San Leandro. The lease brings the 241,000-sf Doolittle Industrial Center to 100% occupancy. The annual lease rate was $6.50 per sf NNN.

Rolls Wood will use the facility, located at 14700 Doolittle Dr., as a sales and service facility for aircraft engines. The firm, which is owned by Rolls Royce and the Wood Group, provides repair and overhaul service for engines.
