The brokerage and a group of local investors paid Denver-based ProLogis Trust for $33 million or $30 per sf for the fully leased properties, according to published reports. SouthTrust Bank financed the deal.
Perimeter Industrial Park's tenants include a 526,000 sf Mercedes-Benz distribution center, and 80,500 sf leased by Target Container. Tenants in the 528,400 sf Oxmoor South Industrial Park include Aaron Rents, Bodine, ConStar, Ryder Integrated Logistics, UPS, and the U.S. General Services Administration.
