SMS, which provides software to the title and escrow industry, says the acquisition will provide clients with a wider range of options. For example, SMS will now own Streamline, InfoStream's premier software. Streamline is an integrated suite of products encompassing title production, escrow closing and trust accounting. "The addition of InfoStream and its Streamline software suite provides SMS with a unique opportunity to increase market share and cross selling opportunities, while complementing our software offerings in the national market," says Larry Davidson, president of SMS.

Established more than 26 years ago, SMS is headquartered in Orange. The company has satellite offices in Tacoma, WA, Milpitas, CA and Cleveland, OH.
