The latest design by Sidell Gibson Partnership is an evolution of Whitfield Partners original design and will provide 128,000-sf of office space behind a neo-classical façade.

While all the design work has been going on, Standard Life's lawyers have been as busy as the architects. Last year they negotiated the surrender of the existing long lease to Barclays Bank and negotiated with the the City Corporation to buy in additional land to complete the development site. A new 230 year lease has also been agreed with freeholder, the Church Commissioners.

Completion is scheduled for 2004 and letting agents are Jones Lang LaSalle.
