The 90%-leased Tennessee property was developed from 1987 to 1989 Major tenants are VSA Inc., ADT Security Services Inc., LCI/Qwest, Krone Farm Equipment and Porteous Fasteners.

Weingarten now has four Memphis industrial properties totaling 1.1 million sf, according to the company's prepared statement. Other Memphis properties are Southwide Warehouse, Thomas Street Warehouse and Crowfarn Drive Warehouse.
