The credit union, which is being built in three phases, is rising on Imperial Highway between Puente and Arovista. The project's first phase, which is slated for a July 2002 completion, will include a two-story building encompassing 104,163 sf and a single-story building encompassing 21,452 sf. The complex will eventually include four buildings.

The new credit union will be constructed of concrete, tilt-up panels with a panelized roof system. The single-story building will feature a fitness center, racquetball courts and an auditorium. Sitework associated with the buildings will include a central courtyard with metal trellises, a basketball/volleyball court and an outdoor amphitheater seating area. The project was designed by Ware & Malcomb Architects and Ridge Landscape Architects.
