CG has consent to transform the former dairy site, next to Parsons Green tube station, into 83,959 sf of office and retail space. The proposed £16 million ($23 million) scheme will comprise 48,322 sf of headquarters office space at the front of the development together with 7,933 sf of retail space. Eight two-storey office buildings totalling 27,706 sf will be constructed to the rear of the scheme.
Completion of the development is expected in 2003. FPDSavills and Stephen Kane & Company are letting agents.
