Two Lincoln is one of seven buildings that comprise Lincoln Center, a 735,000-sf owned by Chicago-based Equity Office Properties Trust. The 90,500-sf Two Lincoln building is now 88% leased on a direct basis, with another 3% available on a sublease basis. Full-service asking rates for space in the building are $24.50 per sf.

EOP acquired the Lincoln Center development as part of last year' $7.3-billion merger with Spieker Properties. The merger instantly turned EOP into the largest class A office building owner in greater Portland and several other West Coast markets.
