Local Brokerage Team Negotiates Five Lease Deals

WILMINGTON, MA-The brokerage services team of Cushman & Wakefield has recently negotiated a number of lease deals here and in the Metro West area. The area has recently seen its vacancy and availability rates go up while its rents have been going down.

WILMINGTON, MA-Despite a market that has seen vacancy and availability rates soar and rents plummet, the brokerage services team of Cushman & Wakefield recently negotiated a number of lease deals here and in the Metro West area.

Mark Reardon, Rich Ruggiero and Marci Alvarado of Cushman & Wakefield represented AGFA Corp in its lease of 32,000 sf here at 68 Jonspin Rd. Michael Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co represented the landlord, Unifirst Corp. Reardon, Ruggiero and Alvarado also represented Texon Corporation in its lease of 16,000 sf at 1 Clark St in North Andover.

Total Recall Management, which was represented by Chris Devaux of Parsons Commercial Group, leased 29,373 sf at 53 Otis Street in Westborough. Kevin Hanna of Cushman & Wakefield represented Astrazeneca, the landlord.
