The eight-building Corporate Park campus is situated on 46 acres at 20415 72nd Ave. and was built in 1987 as Boeing Space Center East. IntraRock, a joint venture of Seattle developer Intracorp and Rockwood Capital Corp. of San Francisco, acquired the property in July 1999. Acquisition and subsequent improvements have run IntraRock about $70 million.

Amenities at the park include a 160-seat state-of-the-art conference center with high-end teleconferencing appointments, including a giant plasma screen. Employees of the center can take advantage of the 10,000-sf on-site childcare facility and a fitness center.

A key tenant at the complex is Alaska Airlines, which leases 56,000 sf. Dan Foster of Pacific Real Estate Partners in Bellevue is the leasing agent.
