NASHVILLE, TN -Locally based Central Parking Corp. has bought Park One of Louisiana LLC for an undisclosed price. The total amount of real estate involved in the 40-location acquisition also was not disclosed.
“This is a strategic acquisition that provides us with valet and related parking services,” William J. Vareschi, Jr., Central Parking vice chairman and chief executive officer, says in a prepared statement.
Central Parking operates 4,100 parking lots with 1.5 million spaces in 40 states and 10 countries.
