Bryan Dabbs joins Trammell Crow as senior vice president of retail services. He leaves Austin's S.C. Cos., where he was responsible for a portfolio of more than 850,000 sf of retail space in Austin and San Antonio. Dabbs also has worked for Lincoln Property Co. in Austin. At Trammell Crow, Dabbs will be responsible for overseeing the Austin and San Antonio retail development groups, including leasing and management.
In the promotion, Chris Perry has been named a vice president. At Trammell Crow since 1999, Perry works handles tenant representation in the brokerage division.
