Valued at $26 million, the lease makes Wedbush Morgan Securities the primary tenant in the signature building alongside the Harbor Freeway in the downtown financial district. Wedbush Morgan had previously leased 55,000 sf in the building and will now occupy the 7th, 8th and 9thfloors.

The brokers on the deal were John Ghiselli of Julien J. Studley, representing Wedbush Morgan, and Anthony Gatti of Cushman & Wakefield, representing the owner, Sumitomo Life. With this lease, Wedbush Morgan Securities doubles its space.

Wedbush Morgan Securities provides a full array of corporate finance, research, trading, institutional sales, correspondent clearing and retail brokerage services.
