LOS ANGELES-An investment bank and brokerage firm located here, has signed a 10-year lease for 113,000 sf of office space at 1000 Wilshire Blvd.

Valued at $26 million, the lease makes Wedbush Morgan Securities the primary tenant in the signature building alongside the Harbor Freeway in the downtown financial district. Wedbush Morgan had previously leased 55,000 sf in the building and will now occupy the 7th, 8th and 9thfloors.
