The 8,000 sf facility includes three operating rooms, patient rooms, common areas, office space and a parking lot. Symbion moved in Jan. 9. The project was built at a development cost of $178.75 per sf.
The center passed North Carolina's final inspection lst week. The project was completed on time and on budget, the company says in a prepared statement.
