Located in the heart of Greenwich, the scheme comprises 55,000 sf of retail space and 24 apartments. The apartments have only been completed to structural shell condition, and the new owners will complete them before selling or letting them.
The scheme received a boost shortly before Christmas when Marks & Spencer took the penultimate unit, providing 6,397 sf on two levels for its new Simply Food concept. Other tenants include Superdrug, JD Wetherspoon, McDonalds, Lloyds TSB, Costa Coffee, Carphone Warehouse, Ottakars, Birthdays, Flight Centre and Boots. One unit of 1,800 sf remains available. The scheme will be fully completed by May 2002.
Travers Smith Braithwaite acted for the purchasers.
