The space, which is located at 21700 Oxnard St. in Warner Center, will be used for a corporate sales office. The company, which will be relocating from Sylmar, is slated to occupy its new offices in March 2002.
Jim Lindvall, Jim Linn and Todd Lorber of Grubb & Ellis' North Los Angeles office represented the tenant in the transaction. Dave Solomon and Don Hudson of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, AH Warner Center Properties, LLC of Woodland Hills.
