The move will allow EGL to consolidating its operations at Heathrow Gateway from its three current sites in the Heathrow area. The letting follows the preletting of the 220,000-sf Phase One building to Consignia (formerly The Post Office).

British Land Director Nigel Webb said: 'This latest letting reinforces Heathrow Gateway as an established distribution location and endorses our decision to develop this phase speculatively.' Rogers Chapman and CB Hillier Parker are joint agents on the scheme.
