Stratford Square is a 160,000-sf neighborhood shopping center in Fairfield County and is anchored by Marshall's and Entertainment Cinemas, which opened a 14-screen multiplex there last year. Other tenants include Fashion Bug, Payless ShoeSource and McDonalds, which opened last month.
Kramont Realty Trust is a self-administered, self-managed equity real estate investment trust specializing in neighborhood and community shopping center acquisition, leasing, development and management. The company owns, operates, manages and has under development 87 properties with roughly 11.6 million sf of leasable space in 16 states.
