The seller was Steiner-Levi Group. The firm was represented in the transaction by Alex MacLean and Bob LeFeber of Commercial Realty Advisors. Dave Ellis and Dan Bozich of Trammell Crow Co. represented Goodwill. The sale closed in early January.

The new Goodwill Outlet Store and Distribution Center will open this spring. It will have a drive-through donation area with approximately 14,000 square feet of retail space. The facility will employ 55 people.

Goodwill is one of the nation's largest non-profit providers of employment and training for people with disabilities and special needs such as welfare dependency, illiteracy, criminal history and homelessness. It now has 26 stores in the Portland-Vancouver market.
