Hocking Valley Mall is a strong asset with favorable demographics in a growing area less than one hour from Downtown Columbus, Glimcher officials say. The company acquired the 180,000-sf Kroger- and Kmart-anchored community center in 1994.
Glimcher, a REIT based in Columbus, focuses on the ownership, management, acquisition and development of enclosed regional and super-regional malls, value megamalls, and community shopping centers.
