Two Deals Keep 25,000 SF Leased in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO-ADT Security renews a 15,000-sf lease and takes another 6,300 sf in the process for its north-central San Antonio location. In the northeast submarket, Venue Creation Resources signs for 4,500 sf of industrial space.

SAN ANTONIO-Grubb & Ellis Co. brokers helped keep more than 25,000 sf of research and development/flex space leased in San Antonio in two transactions.

In the bigger deal, ADT Security Inc. renewed its lease on about 15,000 sf at the Northbrook Business Center at 140 Heimer Rd. in the north-central submarket. It also took another 6,300 sf. Other tenants at the 105,000-sf Northbook center include Tom Christal Co., Lanier Business Systems and Miller Brewing Co. Bob Trevino of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis represented ADT. The building owner is Fulcrum Property Group, which represented itself.
