$600,000 High-Rise Revamp Nearly Finished

SAN DIEGO-A 22-floor high-rise office building in the city's Downtown is nearing the end of a major renovation. The building is home to the region's NBC affiliate

SAN DIEGO-Tenant improvements are nearly complete for a 22-floor high-rise office building in the city’s Downtown that houses the region’s NBC affiliate.

Johnson & Jennings General Contracting has tenant improvement construction nearly complete for the renovation of the main lobby of the 225 Broadway building. SENTRE Partners, property manager of the 22-story high-rise building, is overseeing the $600,000 project.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of this month. It’s part of a slew of construction and renovation projects under way in the Downtown area.
