Royce Lacey, vice president of NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co. in Austin, handled talks for the building owner, Central Transportation Systems. Ken Boyd of Jackson Cooksey of Dallas represented Lennox.

The 100,000-sf Central Transportation building is located in the northeast submarket, east of Interstate 35. Central Transportation, the largest office and industrial moving company in the Austin area, specializes in international relocations, modular office furniture installations and packing and crating.

In another deal, the Starving Students moving company leased 1,200 sf at 5501 N. Lamar Blvd., in the central submarket. The company exits a South Austin location for the more central location for dispatching its trucks.

Derek Silva, an office specialist with NAI/CIP, represented Los Angeles-based Starving Students and Johnny Smith of Commercial Leasing Specialists negotiated the lease for the building owner.
