Known as Chapman Heights Plaza, the 111,392-sf property stands at 34454-34488 Yucaipa Blvd. The Stater Brothers grocery chain anchors the complex with its 36,000-sf flagship location. Other occupants include Goodyear Tire, Hallmark, GNC, Dominos Pizza, Radio Shack, Mail Boxes Etc. and Fantastic Sams. Rite Aid is also a tenant with a newly renovated space that features a drive-through pharmacy.

Passco, which specializes in adding value to real estate assets, plans to upgrade the complex through exterior refurbishments and additional leasing, according to a company spokesperson.

The Inland Empire continues to garner interest from investors, due to its growing economic importance, according to Passco's spokesperson. The area's rise in population, as well as its increase in median income and property values have created numerous investment opportunities, he adds.
