SafeRent Teams Up With Koriel

DENVER-The local company provides credit and risk management services to multifamily property managers while Boca Raton, FL-based Koriel REP Inc. develops software used by the industry.

DENVER-Locally-based SafeRent Inc., which provides credit and risk management services to the apartment industry, has formed an allinace with accounting and financial software company Koriel REP Inc. Koriel, based in Boca Raton, FL, introduced its Rheo software about two years ago and has been serving the real estate industry since 1985.

“By providing access to the SafeRent applicant screening services from our Rheo property management application, our joint customers will receive greatly increased benefits with virtually no additional effort,” says Chris Maners, vice president of business development for Koriel. “This seamless delivery of complementary productivity tools is a concrete example of the potential that Web-based, enterprise class business applications hold for the multi-housing industry.”

SafeRent online applicant screening incorporates an applicant’s credit history, rental history and the option of a criminal search. Property managers use these applicant screenings to make more informed decisions in the acceptance of new residents.
