Ron G. Lakey was named chief financial officer. Lakey is the former chief operating officer of ADT Security Systems' International Operations.
Lakey retired shortly after ADT's $6.3 billion acquisition by Tyco International Inc. Lakey is also a former vice president and controller of construction and development for Oxford Development Co.
Eagle's former CFO, Don Pollock, was named executive vice president of manufacturing.
Dan Curlee is Eagle's new chief operating officer. He has worked as a strategic business consultant for various law firms.
