In the larger of the two transactions, a 12-unit complex in Santa Ana has been acquired for $835,000. Known as the Bush Street Apartments, the property is located at 1905 N. Bush St. It has been purchased by Acacia-Spinnaker of Newport Beach. Both the buyer and the seller, The Kan Family Trust of Anaheim Hills, were represented by Jay Skenderian and Rick Applebaum. Both brokers are based in Morgan Skenderian's Newport Beach office.
Applebaum also worked on the second transaction, in which an Anaheim multifamily property, Rose Apartments, has been sold to private investors. The investors, Ashby and Laura Jones of Fullerton, have paid $485,000 for the 8-unit apartment complex. It is located at 303 N. Rose St. Applebaum acted on behalf of the sellers, Joseph and Arlette Dibsy of Santa Ana. The buyers were represented by Wil Drouin of Drouin Realty.
