TAMPA, FL-Trammell Crow Co.’s Central and North Florida divisions have closed three leases in Tampa, FL and Jacksonville, FL totaling 40,437 sf with an estimated value of $3.92 million.

In Jacksonville, Craig/is Ltd., a Melrose, NY-based business process services company to the property and casualty insurance industry, is taking 24,000 sf for five years at the 22-story, 317,837-sf, 91%-leased One Enterprise Center, 225 Water St., in the Northbank area of Downtown.

The estimated aggregate value of the lease is $2.4 million or about $20 per sf. Crow vice president Ross Carrier negotiated for the owner. Trammell Crow has managed and leased the class A property since 1997. One Enterprise Center is next to the Omni Jacksonville Hotel and across from the Times Union Center.
