The Broward County site consists of a 105,500-sf administrative quarters, a 75,000-sf hotel with 200 rooms, a 24 fuel pumps, a truck wash, a 35,000-sf retail area, a 20,000-sf gym, 30,000 sf of office space, 19,000 sf of repair space, a 11,300-sf convenience store, a 7,500-sf truck sales office, 858 tractor trailer parking spaces, and 539 car parking spaces.

In a prepared statement, Boca Raton-based FuelNation says the new facility will be the largest Travel Center in Florida, and will serve as the company's headquarters and training center.
