In the larger of the two transactions, a Garden Grove industrial building has received $2 million in financing. Located at 12882-12928 Haster St., the 36,9000-sf property is fully leased to 18 tenants. Built in 1972, the building was completed renovated in 1995. Dwyer-Curlett & Co. arranged the financing through IDS Life Insurance Co. The transaction was closed by Thomas B. Kenny and Rowin F. Jacobs of Dwyer-Curlett's Orange County regional office.

Dwyer-Curlett has also arranged $725,000 in permanent financing for a Costa Mesa industrial property. The single-tenant building, which stands on a .66-acre parcel, encompasses 15,580 sf. Shelley Magoffin of Dwyer-Curlett's Los Angeles office arranged the financing for the borrower, Alltwins USA Inc.

Founded in 1933, Dwyer-Curlett is a Los Angeles-based commercial mortgage banking firm with offices in Orange County, San Diego and Las Vegas. The company services more than $1.4 billion in loans on behalf of its institutional investors in the United States and Canada.
