Capital City Mall is centrally located on Route 15 next to numerous major highways including US 11, I-81, I-83 and the Pennsylvania turnpike, I-76. Anchor tenants at the property include Hecht's, JC Penney and Sears The trade area is a partial combination of four counties - Cumberland, Dauphin, York and Perry Counties. The area is one of the largest residential suburbs of the Harrisburg area with an assemblage of various land uses and business opportunities.
