Litton Campus Bought for Nearly $24 Mil

AGOURA HILLS, CA-Nearon Enterprises and its Southern California partner, Mark Ossola have purchased the 165,000 sf former Litton Information System Group campus. The deal is valued at roughly $24 million.

AGOURA HILLS, CA-Nearon Enterprises and its Southern California partner, Mark Ossola have purchased the 165,000 sf former Litton Information System Group campus at 29851 Agoura Road in Agoura Hills from Litton Systems.

Although the terms of the transaction were not disclosed, Bob Scullin and Cathy Scullin of NAI Capital Commercial, who represented both sides, said the property was originally listed for sale at $24 million. Ossola will be responsible for their development of the property.

The 165,000 SF class A constructed high-image facility that offers 101 Freeway visibility, consists of two office buildings, built in 1981, of 70,000 sf and 95,000 sf situated in a campus-like gated environment on 17.5 acres including an adjacent 4.3 acres of open land available for development.
