17-Acre Plot Sells for $3.4 Million

CHANTILLY, VA-Representing property owner The Batman Corporation, Newmark & Company Real Estate Inc. has negotiated the sale of a 17-acre parcel of land to Moore Cadillac for $3.4 million. Newmark’s Washington, DC office Newmark & Bank handled the transaction on behalf of the owner, while Kenny King of Fred Ezra represented the buyer.

Located at the intersection of Route 50–also known as Lee Jackson Highway–and Pleasant Valley Road, the lot will become the home of a new Moore car dealership. “The Route 50 Corridor has become a popular spot for auto dealerships,” Newmark & Bank senior managing director Lisa Benjamin tells GlobeSt.com. “Auto dealerships like to locate close to other dealers.” Acura, Chevrolet and Lexus showrooms are also located nearby. “The site has extensive frontage on Route 50 and good access,” she adds. “It’s in a growing portion of Northern Virginia.”
