Frisaura Buys Into CII After Firm Posts Banner Year

ORLANDO-Franklin B. Frisaura, managing director of locally based, Corporate Investment International, has invested an undisclosed amount in the 16-year-old, 40-agent business brokerage firm which posted $60.5 million on 54 closed property transactions in 2001.

“He has paid his dues and we’re delighted to have him on board as a partner, helping us to achieve the next level of success,” Richard E. Read, CII’s founder/chairman, tells GlobeSt.com.

Frisaura joined CII as a sales associate in late 1997 after a successful 20-year career in commercial real estate, property and asset management. As an asset manager, he handled shopping centers, office, warehouse and apartment properties in the United States and the Middle East.
