The new 6,600-sf site will provide the administration's 20 employees with convenient access to its customers and the community. Snoqualmie Ridge's headquarters were previously located at the historic Weyerhaeuser mill site near downtown Snoqualmie.
The term and rate of the lease were not immediately available, but the asking rate for the space is listed as $16.50 psf per year (NNN with a $25 psf tenant improvement allowance, according to the Quadrant Web Site)
"Centralizing our team within the community gives us the ability to be an intimate part of what we are planning and building," says George Sherwin, senior vice president of Snoqualmie Ridge.
Located less than 20 minutes from downtown Bellevue on I-90, Quadrant's Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park includes many high-profile companies such as Philips Oral Healthcare, Great Plains Software, Nuprecon and The Inception Group.
The 89-acre business park is located within the planned community of Snoqualmie Ridge, which is situated in the City of Snoqualmie and set against the backdrop of the Cascade Mountain Range.
The community is currently home to 900 families. In addition to a retail core and the 89-acre business park, Snoqualmie Ridge features more than 40 percent of land dedicated to natural open space and hosts the Pacific Northwest's only Jack Nicklaus designed Tournament Players' Club Golf Course.
