Quadrant Corp. Relocates HQ to Trailside

BELLEVUE, WA-The Weyerhauser real estate company will move the Snoqualmie Ridge administration's office headquarters to the Trailside building at Quadrant's Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park next month.

BELLEVUE, WA-Quadrant Corp. is relocating its administration’s office headquarters to an 89-acre business park, located in the planned community of Snoqualmie Ridge.

The new 6,600-sf site will provide the administration’s 20 employees with convenient access to its customers and the community. Snoqualmie Ridge’s headquarters were previously located at the historic Weyerhaeuser mill site near downtown Snoqualmie.

The term and rate of the lease were not immediately available, but the asking rate for the space is listed as $16.50 psf per year (NNN with a $25 psf tenant improvement allowance, according to the Quadrant Web Site)
