Sea Silver USA has leased 56,348 sf of industrial space at 2350 Camino Vida Roble, Carlsbad, from Four Sher Development. The property, leased for three years at $1.12 million, will be used for the production and distribution of wholesale food products.
The tenant was represented by Andy Melzer of BRE Commercial/NAI. The building owner was represented by Barry Hendler, Todd Davis and Mike Erwin of BRE Commercial/NAI.
Also in Carlsbad, MTM Net has leased 2,515 sf of commercial space at 5115 Avenida Encinas, from Kotoff Family Trust/Co Realty Resources. The property, leased for three years at $97,947, will be used for office and storage for a computer company.
MTM was represented by Aric Starck of BRE Commercial/NAI. The lessor was represented by Dave Steffy of BRE Commercial/NAI.
Further south, law firm Gaglione, Coleman and Greene has leased 3,481 sf of office space at Symphony Towers, 750 B St., in San Diego, from Ferrell Capital Inc. The property was leased for three years at $341,486.
The firm was represented by Vince Boticelli of World Net Capital Corp. Ferrell was represented by Allan W. Arendsee of A.W. Arendsee Real Estate.
