Opus Northwest Plans $8-Mil Siemens Building

DENVER-Siemens Building Technologies will initially lease 33,386 sf, more than half of the one-story building in the Ken Caryl Business Center in southwest Jefferson County as workers from four divisions move in.

DENVER-In a market where there is little new office construction, Opus Northwest plans a new building for Siemens Building Technologies along the southwest corridor. Siemens Building Technologies is part of an $84-billion worldwide, Berlin-based conglomerate.

The building in the Ken Caryl Business Center in southwest Jefferson County likely will be the first phase of a two-building office campus for the company.

Despite the slow economy, Siemens continues to hire engineers and other highly trained technicians in the four divisions that will initially consolidate into a little more than half of the first building.
