As part of the deal, RDI said it also will acquire The Meyers Group's three core products: Atlanta Subdivision Profile, Atlanta Housing Report and the Subdivision Map Index.
RDI will retain and manage the Meyers Group. RDI will keep the management team and research group from the Meyers Atlanta office. With new online products and an expanding sales staff, RDI expects revenues to double in the next 12 months.
The company didn't disclose current financials. RDI is an Atlanta-based residential market real estate data provider.
