Construction Begins at Del Oro Marketplace

OCEANSIDE, CA-Developers of the 78,000-sf Del Oro Marketplace shopping center at the southwest corner of Oceanside Boulevard and College Avenue have broken ground. It is located in the master-planned community of Rancho Del Oro.

OCEANSIDE, CA-Construction has begun on the 78,000-sf Del Oro Marketplace shopping center at the southwest corner of Oceanside Boulevard and College Avenue.

The project occupies 9.14 acres and is being developed by Alexander Zirpolo of College/Oceanside Southwest LLC. Designed by SGPA Architecture and Planning, the marketplace will feature a 14,000-sf food court with Panda Express, Bruegger’s Bagels and McDonald’s.

Armstrong Garden Center, a full-service car wash, Aaron’s Rents, specialty restaurants and a North County Transit District passenger center will also be tenants at the center.
