The new facility, which will encompass 174,026 sf upon completion, will consist of both office and manufacturing space. Plans call for a main level that will total 149,468 sf with a two-story entrance lobby and a 24,558-sf mezzanine office area. The main lobby will feature stone floors, skylights, an entry glass system and a feature stairway to the second floor. Exterior amenities will include a fully landscaped area with a fountain and stone pavers. The parking lot will contain 374 spaces.
Designed by Ware & Malcomb Architects, the facility is expected to accommodate a 10-year projected growth. The project, which is being constructed by Snyder Langston, will replace Hydraflow's current location in Cerritos.
Founded in 1961, Hydraflow primarily manufactures hydraulic lines for the aerospace industry.
