The 23,360-sf seven-storey office building is let to the property team of US insurance giant J & H Marsh & McLennan on a 35-year lease from December 1972 at a current rent of £900,000 ($1.27 million) per annum. The rent is subject to a rent review in December 2002.
FPDSavills advised Colesbourne Asset Management, which originally acquired 28 Great Tower Street from Legal & General in November 2000.
