The project, at 3955 Bijou St., was built in 1990.

''Thee was a great deal of interest in this property given its age and price per unit,'' says David Potarf, who handled the sale with fellow Marcus & Millichap broker Dan Woodward. ''At $31,667 per unit, the property was an attractive deal for the buyer.''

Potarf and Woodward have brokered more than $285 million worth of multifamily rental properties.
