"We just received the building permit," TUCON vice president of business development Flip Wallen shares with GlobeSt.com. "This building will replace Ferguson's current facility in Herndon, which is outdated." The move will take the plumbing supply company just two miles away to its new building on Centreville Road, near Dulles International Airport. The construction of this and one other off-site road is part of the project. "This location is not exactly the regional headquarters," Wallen says. "They have a center in Manassas. They have so many locations. This one covers Farifax and Loudoun County."

Headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA, Ferguson has hundreds of facilities in the mid-Atlantic area. The Chantilly facility is expected to be completed in July of this year.
