$7M Justice Plaza Nearing Completion

BRIGHTON, CO-A 44,000-sf office building at 4700 Bromley Lane is scheduled to open in April. Coughlin & Co. is the developer, and Hensel Phelps is the builder of the structure designed by Larson Architects.

BRIGHTON, CO-Denver-based Coughlin & Co. is developing a $7-million, 44,000-sf office project called the Justice Plaza in this city 20 miles northeast of Downtown Denver. Colorado-based Hensel Phelps is building the building, scheduled to open in April, designed by Larson Architects.

The building at 4700 Bromley Lane is designed to create the impression of two separate buildings. But it still maintains the efficiencies of one building, such as water taps, permits and net rentable sf.
