CBL and PGP Form Joint Venture

CHATTANOOGA, TN-CBL & Associates Properties Inc. formed a joint venture with PGP Partners Property Group and contributed shopping centers in Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi to the venture.

CHATTANOOGA, TN-CBL & Associates Properties Inc. has contributed $63 million worth of three shopping centers to its joint venture with New York-based Partners Property Group.

The shopping centers are the 386,204 sf Willowbrook Plaza in Houston, TX; the 77,893 sf Pemberton Plaza in Vicksburg, MS; and the 290,717 sf Massard Crossing in Fort Smith, AK.
