Ebuilt Sublets 9,600 SF in $700,000 Deals

LOS ANGELES-Irvine-based eBuilt, a software development and system integration firm catering to Fortune 500 companies, has subleased 9,600 sf of its former 12,100-sf San Fernando Valley regional office in North Hollywood to two separate subtenants, in transactions valued at $700,000.

LOS ANGELES-Irvine-based eBuilt has subleased 9,600 sf of its former 12,100-sf San Fernando Valley regional office in North Hollywood to two separate subtenants, in transactions valued at $700,000.

Entertainment company Herzog Productions, and Media Temple, a web hosting and software services firm both signed subleases for the remaining four years that eBuilt has with its existing landlord at 4640 Lankershim Blvd. Both companies will share eBuilt’s fourth-floor space at the six-story, 70,000-sf office building located near the heavily traveled 101, 134 and 170 freeway interchange, in what is considered the heart of the emerging NoHo arts district.

Herzog Productions, with approximately 20 employees, will occupy 5,813 sf and is relocating from its current location at 4421 Riverside Dr. in Burbank. Media Temple will be expanding its operation as it moves from smaller offices at 655 N. Central in Glendale.
