The Texas commercial properties were Campus Circle in Irving and Post & Paddock in Grand Prairie. Campus Circle is an office property with 65,410 sf of rentable space. An affiliate of Eagle Equity, Inc., a Dallas-based investor, was the purchaser.
Post & Paddock, an industrial property with 241,400 sf of rentable space, was purchased by an affiliate of Americo Real Estate, a Dallas-based investor. Both Campus Circle and Post & Paddock were acquired by Post as part of its 1997 merger with Columbus Realty Trust.
The apartment complex, Post Bay, is in Tampa. An affiliate of Hudson Holding Co., a Pennsylvania-based investor, was the buyer of the 312-unit complex. The property was built by Post and completed in 1988.
