The larger of the two transactions involves the Redhill Centre office building in Costa Mesa. The tenant, Affinity Bank, has taken 7,257 sf at the 77,000-sf facility. The 60-month lease is valued at more than $850,000. Affinity Bank was represented by Alex Hayden of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office. Phil Cohen and Simon Dillon, also of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office, acted on behalf of the landlord, The John. R. Saunders Trust.

The other deal involves 4,737 sf of office space at 2302 Martin in Irvine. The tenant, a provider of relocation services, has inked a three-year lease valued at more than $330,000. Barry Knudson of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office spoke on behalf of the tenant, Primacy Relocation. The landlord, TPF Partners, was represented by Jackie Glass.
